Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our remote team. Key Duties:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify customer needs through consultations and assessments, providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Promote and sell products or services through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives, tracking progress and reporting results.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and understand competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and initiatives.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach to identify and address client needs.
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software to manage leads and track performance.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a remote work environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Professional Background:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a BPO or similar.
  • Previous experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends relevant to the products or services offered is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital sales techniques and online tools for engagement is beneficial.
