Yes, you are eligible to apply as a Filipino residing outside the Philippines. However, please note that since payment is made in pesos, an active Philippine bank account is required.

What happens if I don’t succeed in my interview with a client?

If you don’t succeed in the interview with a client, we’ll keep your profile on file. If we have other clients seeking someone with your skills and experience, we will certainly consider you for those opportunities.

What kind of home office setup is required for this role?

A working PC or laptop, a camera, a reliable internet connection with a backup, and a headset are all that’s needed to get started.

How will my work hours be monitored?

Your work hours will be monitored using our HR monitoring system, which we will provide for time tracking.

Is there a probationary period, and if so, how long does it typically last?

In some cases, there is a probationary period, which typically lasts for one month.

How frequently will I receive my salary?

Your salary will be paid on the 5th and 20th of every month.

What is the payment method used?

Payments are made via Wise to your bank account.

Am I eligible for overtime pay?

Overtime pay eligibility depends on the client’s needs and specific arrangements made for the role.

In what currency will I receive my salary?

Your salary will be paid in Philippine Peso (PHP).

Are taxes or fees automatically deducted from my earnings?

Yes, taxes and applicable fees will be automatically deducted from your earnings in accordance with local regulations.

Are there any benefits offered, such as health maintenance organization (HMO) coverage or allowances for meals, internet, or electricity?

Yes, we offer leave benefits, HMO coverage, and an internet allowance.

Is there a provision for paid sick leave or paid holidays?

We offer paid sick leave, but paid holidays are not provided.

What notice period is required if I decide to resign?

A notice period of 15 days is required if you decide to resign.

If I resign, am I allowed to reapply for another position?

Yes, you may reapply for another position after a 3 to 6-month waiting period.

What happens if my client ends my contract for reasons that are not related to my performance?

The Company may in the first 6 months terminate the Agreement for any reason whatsoever with 24 hours written notice to the Contractor.
