Job Summary:

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage campaigns, streamline client communication, and improve lead management processes. If you’re organised, tech-savvy, and passionate about creating efficient systems that drive results, this role could be for you.

About the Role
You’ll be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies while also helping to simplify how client communication and leads are handled. A key part of this role will be introducing automation to free up time and create a smoother client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid ads
  • Oversee client communication and ensure timely lead follow-ups
  • Implement automation strategies to simplify workflows and improve efficiency
  • Support CRM management, including a potential transition to HubSpot
  • Analyse campaign and lead performance to recommend improvements
  • Assist with content creation and design using tools like Canva

Tools You’ll Work With

  • Infinity (CRM for loan processing)
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Canva
  • HubSpot (planned implementation — experience is a strong advantage)
  • Social media platforms, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, analytics tools

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in digital marketing with proven campaign execution skills
  • Strong organisational and communication abilities
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms (Infinity, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Tech-savvy and proactive, with the ability to suggest process improvements
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
