Key Duties:

• Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products or services and generate interest.
• Conduct thorough research to identify and target potential leads, ensuring a strategic approach to outreach.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings, addressing any questions or concerns from prospects.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, fostering trust and rapport to facilitate future sales opportunities.
• Track and document all interactions with leads in the CRM system, ensuring accurate records of conversations and follow-ups.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly call quotas and lead generation targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving outreach and conversion rates.
• Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to help refine sales strategies and improve product offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a sales or telemarketing role, with a focus on cold calling preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients over the phone.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse audiences.
• Persistent and resilient attitude, with a strong motivation to achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.

Professional Background:

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a BPO or similar.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in cold calling, lead generation, or sales is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies, as well as knowledge of the industry, is advantageous.
